Perpetual Plaza

This is a blog for consideration and business planning of a new business model for commercial real estate investing based on the theory that certain business enterprises would be more profitable if in the right environment, they never closed their doors. The idea is fairly simple. Perpetual Plaza is a plaza for various stores, such as a strip mall, that never closes. The stores that lease or co-own space there make a commitment to stay open 24/7. This blog is dedicated to considering which types of stores might be profitable in that environment. It also considers some of the costs of upkeep of common areas and security and other amenities that would be the responsibility of the plaza owners.
